Webinar on “Optical Networking an Enabler for 5G and Beyond” by Anna Tzanakaki
On May 26th, 5G-VICTORI technical coordinator Anna Tzanakaki gave a webinar organised by OSA entitled “Optical Networking an Enabler for 5G and Beyond” and provided some insights with regards to the architectural approach, technology developments and demonstration activities of the project.
The webinar focused on describing the relevant ecosystem and the key role that advanced optical networking solutions can play in the 5G era and beyond. Performance evaluation results as well as relevant demonstration activities were also discussed.
